I think everyone should get themselves Jen’s book about healthy eating. I was a fast-food junkie and weighed almost 50 lbs too much. Hey Lori! Sorry for the late reply! I’m only licensed in Maryland, but I’d be happy to have a simple Skype convo to answer questions or give tips by email. A good place to start is to have your husband track his food & drinks for 3 days (2 work days & 1 non-work day) and enter them into a free analysis site like SparkPeople.com or FatSecret.com.
